In order to benefit our clients and end users, we are following one of the best Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) policy. The RMA policy we follow includes two main features, including Advanced or Delayed. As per the RMA advanced policy, we ship the new/replacement product to the customers even before receiving the defective product from the client's end. For this, our customers have to send us their defective products within a promised period of 30 days and must have a credit card assurance. Alternate to this, we generally ship our clients the replacement product after receiving the defective product. Clients are required to send their defective products to us within 30 days from the date the RMA, in this case, its not mandatory for customer to give credit card assurance.
